Shared and available to the guests: equipped lounge with satellite TV, large outdoor areas and a swimming pool (16x8). Each apartment has air conditioning and a private and equipped outdoor area. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. It is possible to have breakfast (8 Euro/person). Central heating. DISTANCES: 500 m from grocery shops, 2 km horse riding, 4 km Stabbia (all kinds of shops), 14 km Monsummano Terme (golf course), 16 km Montecatini Terme, 25 km Lucca, 46 km Florence, 55 km from the beaches.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
