St. Augustine Accomodations

Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Pets may be accepted, but there is a $250 deposit that must be made. Half of that amount will be kept by the owner for cleaning and extermination fees. Owner accepts weekly bookings but will consider three night minimums within two weeks of the date.

The house is directly riverfront with a navigable dock and porches everywhere for entertaining with lovely long views of the Summer Haven River and ocean dunes as a backdrop.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There is so much to see and do in St. Augustine. From the lighthouse to the art galleries, the beaches and the sunsets. It is a great place to escape, relax and take in the great culture. Historic Marineland is only two miles south of The Lodge. Scuba divers are going to love this place, you can swim with the dolphins and other marine life in their habitat.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The house is on the river and just 5 minute walk from the ocean. There is great fishing in the surf, from the breakwater, from the bridge, from the dock, in the river - plus rent a canoe, boat or kayak and have a really peaceful time while there! Crabbing is a shear delight, with an abundance of blue and stone crabs. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 125.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
