Special Conditions
Pets may be accepted, but there is a $250 deposit that must be made. Half of that amount will be kept by the owner for cleaning and extermination fees. Owner accepts weekly bookings but will consider three night minimums within two weeks of the date.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit of 125 will apply. A fee of 125.00/pet will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
