Bois Perche offers complete tranquility whilst not being isolated, as it is just 4km from the quaint and bustling city centre of St. Cézaire, with cafés and restaurants. All rooms lead out onto the terrace, steps lead down to the pool with shower and terraced area. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
