    1 King Bed. The master bedroom is large with new nightstands and dresser. It has a walk-in closet, ironing board, iron, new TV and sliding glass doors which lead to furnished patio with view of palm trees and ocean. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with separate, second vanity. Linens and towels are new and luxurious.

    1 King or 2 Singles Bed. The 2nd bedroom is large with two nightstands, dresser, new single beds that we will convert to a king upon your request. All linens and towels are new and luxurious. It has a door into the 2nd bathroom with large shower.
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and two basins.
    Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.

    The sunrise view over the palm tree-lined beach is spectacular and seen from the living room, master bedroom and patio.

    Sizeable covered patio accessable from master bedroom and living room with separate seating areas (dinette and lounge area). Perfect place to enjoy an early morning sunrise over the ocean and a lovely setting to enjoy a meal or read a book. Newly renovated, this unit is luxurious with all new furniture, linens, beds and kitchen equipment. Each room has separately controlled air-conditioning. The extensive swimming pool and BBQ area are a minute's walk away. The washer and dryer are found in the kitchen and are free. Laundry detergent is provided. There is free access to tennis courts.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. Carambola golf course is found off scenic North Shore Road (Route 80W). The Buccaneer is the other 18 hole. The Reef is the 9 hole.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is a 5-10 minute walk to two outstanding restaurants (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner). It is a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Christiansted and a 20 minute drive to downtown Fredricksted. Each has shopping and restaurants.
    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The unit has 4 beach chairs and towels. While all beach edges in the Caribbean are public, Pelican Cove has a private, manicured beach cut into its property line with lounge/sunning chairs. Just a minute's walk down the beach leads to a perfect swim area where it is also great to snorkel! Snorkel equipment is provided for adults and children.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
