Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit
No shows, late arrivals, change in number of persons, and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. (See Hurricane policy). No refunds will be granted unless there is a problem which cannot be cured within 24 hours, or which causes the Guest extreme and undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their villa without authority agree they have no rights to compensation.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed and children under the age of 3 years old stay free.
Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
