    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Two 18 hole courses are located in Steamboat Springs both only a five minute car ride .
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located approximately 250 yards from the ski area this unit is perfectly situated giving a choice to walk to the slopes or take the private shuttle.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Several shopping and dining options are less than two minutes by car or complimentary shuttle service. Dozens of other choices are no more than five to ten minutes from the property.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
    Rent must be paid in full by cashier check, money order. If reservations are made twenty-one days in advance or earlier we will accept personal checks
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
