There is a walk-out balcony from both the master bedroom and the family room. Each condominium includes membership to the Steamboat Springs Health Club, which offers three natural hot springs pools, an Olympic size heated swimming pool and the popular Steamboat hot water slide.

At the base of the Silver Bullet gondola, these condominiums are just an elevator ride away from the slopes, Ski School, and the Kids' Vacation Center - and are in the midst of shopping, restaurants, and apres ski activities. Ski in and out.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Visit the restaurants and shops within walking distance of the Gondola Square Condos. Rental includes free membership to the Steamboat Springs Health Club located approximately one mile from the unit. There is a free shuttle, every 20-30 minutes, that will take you into town and the health club.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
