There are three seperate directions of views. To the east, view of Mt. Warner Ski Mountain, to the north you overlook the pool and see the Gondola, to the west is Dakota Ridge and spectacular sunsets.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The complex shuttle will take you to either of three golf courses within 5 minutes of condo.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Gondola is accross the street. You may ski to the street to return to the condo for lunch or at the end of the day.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Shops and restaurants and grocery stores are adjacent. Also, major supermarkets are within 5 minutes by complex shuttle bus (provided).

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
