• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Several fine golf courses in the area. The Sheraton 18 hole golf course is less then a mile away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Free ski bus only 50 yards from the back drive. The main gondola is two short stops.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Location! Location! Location! Near to everything.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
