Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit Deposit Required: 50 % Please note that your Reservation can only be confirmed once prepayment has been received. Cancellation Clause: In the event of a “ no-show “ or cancellation in writing within thirty days of your confirmed arrival date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100 % of the total accommodation fee. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • A maximum of 2 pets are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Pool heat is included in rates. |
