Our house lies very quiet in a Jacaranda tree-lined back road, only five minutes walking distance away from the town center. You can choose from seven individual suites and a charming cottage, all with blooming garden and refreshing pool. You will reside in style, enjoy the charming décor in warm earth tones as well as the treasured accessories and you can relax in your cozy bathroom with luxurious skin products.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit
    Deposit Required: 50 % Please note that your Reservation can only be confirmed once prepayment has been received. Cancellation Clause: In the event of a “ no-show “ or cancellation in writing within thirty days of your confirmed arrival date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100 % of the total accommodation fee.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of free will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
