Special Conditions

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. If condo is available, early check-in will be allowed at no additional cost. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If condo is still available, late check-out will be allowed at no additional cost. However, if an early check-in or a late check-out needs to be guaranteed prior to travel, then the full nightly rate for the night before or after must be paid in order to secure the date(s).

The condo has beautiful views of Pine Valley Mountain, Snow Canyon State Park and the red cliffs of the town of Ivins. It overlooks part of St George, Santa Clara and Ivins. The lights are beautiful at night.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
A $200 (US Dollars) refundable deposit will be required to reserve the unit for the desired stay. This deposit is separate from the rent and will not be applied to the rent. This deposit must be received within ten days of reservation if payment is made by check or money order. Full payment will be due 14 days before arrival. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded. If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded only if the unit can be and is rented to another party for the time period originally reserved. Refundable portion of deposit will be credited to your account or mailed within seven days of departure date. Upon receipt of reservation deposit, directions and entry instructions will be emailed or mailed USPS. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of please call.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
