Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

Check-in time is 5:00 PM. If condo is available, early check-in will be allowed at no additional cost. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out will be allowed at no additional cost if unit is available. However, if an early check-in or a late check-out needs to be guaranteed prior to travel, then the full nightly rate for the night before or after must be paid in order to secure the date(s).

More Information

(Continued from Payment and Cancellation section) Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. Reservations will be taken on a first come-first served basis. Upon receipt of reservation deposit, directions, map of Sports Village complex and entry instructions will be e-mailed or mailed by USPS.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
A $200 (US Dollars) refundable deposit will be required to reserve the unit for the desired stay. This deposit must be received within seven days of reservation if payment is made by check or money order. The security deposit is separate from rent and will not be applied to rent. Full payment will be due on arrival date or 10 days before if paying by check or money order. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded. If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded only if the unit can be rented to another party for the complete time period originally reserved. Refundable portion of deposit will be credited to your account or mailed within seven days of departure date. (continued in more information section below).

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
