Mountain Retreat

This flat is located on the mountain range overlooking the picturesque Town of St. George, Grenada's capital. It is in the quiet neighbourhood of Morne Jaloux, and the entire house is surrounded by fruit trees and tropical flowers.
The village of Morne Jaloux is situated only 15 minutes from St. George, and less than 10 minutes from the nearest beach. A small grocery is 5 minutes walk away. This retreat is for guests who like being close to nature, but near enough to the modern conveniences of the city.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 28 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
