Superb location, the centre of Stirling in the centre of Scotland

The number one attraction of this house is its central location. The shopping mall, the castle, the train and bus station are all within walkable distance making a car unnecessary but if you have a car there is a private off-road parking space at the front door.
Nearly all of Scotland is accessible by day-trip (train or bus), Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness, St Andrews, Loch Lomond, the Trossachs and the Highlands. If you plan to travel by car the motorway links are just two or three miles away. Edinburgh or Glasgow take 35 minutes by car, Inverness about 4 hours as is Isle of Skye.

The house is in a little cul-de-sac so the views are of the other houses. Just outside the front door are views of Wallace Monument and the Ochil Hills.
More Information
The house is on two levels. The ground floor has the entrance vestibule with a small toilet, the living room, the kitchen and dining area. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The house has gas central heating controlled by a thermostat in the living room. At the front is a small garden area and private parking space. At the rear is a patio with garden shed a rotary clothes dryer, and the recycling waste containers. There is plastic patio furniture in the garden shed (table and chairs).

Edinburgh Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Glasgow International airport is about 45 minutes and Glasgow Prestwick is about 90 minutes.
Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The bus station is nearest and the train station about 100m more. If you want to take a taxi from the bus or train station or the shopping mall it will cost less than $5 US
Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). It is easy walking with sidewalks all the way but if you want to take the car there is excellent parking under the shopping mall. The castle is walkable but most people take the car because it is uphill. For the William Wallace monument you have to take the car or a bus.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
There are several options for payment depending on what country you live in and the time between booking and arrival. The easiest is always Paypal and we can also accept a bank transfer via SWIFT or IBAN. Sometimes a personal cheque is OK and for very late bookings we will accept cash (not credit card) on arrival. For this we will require to know your precise travel/arrival plans.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
