25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques
If reservation is cancelled with 14 days of arrival there is no refund of deposit.
Deposit is required with booking equivalent to 3 nights.
In the instance of "no-show" there is no refund of deposit.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
