There is also a gazebo with its barbecue station for outdoor dining.

This master bedroom 'AWAFIA' suite has a walk in closet, his and hers vanity, a comfortable relaxing Berbice chair, remote plasma television, telephone and its own private balcony with patio furniture. The 'AWAFIA' suite overlooks the Caribbean Sea and Fryers Well beach. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a high picketed ceiling with a ceiling fan. It is situated on the upper level.
2 Twin Foam Mattresses (sleeps 2). This bedroom suite has a red and green decor with a Caribbean flavor. A comfortable swivel arm chair sits in the corner of the room.The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a high pickeled ceiling with a ceiling fan.The Caribbean Sea and Fryers Well beach are obvious from the window of the bedroom.This bedroom is situated on the upper level.
2 Twin Foam Mattresses (sleeps 2). This bedroom suite has a variety of vivid Caribbean colours and is situated on the upper level.
It is air-conditioned and has a high picketed ceiling with a ceiling fan.
It also houses a picketed vanity table.
The Caribbean Sea and Fryers Well beach are visible from its window.
2 Twin Foam Mattresses (sleeps 2). This bedroom suite is on the lower level and has a view of the pool, Caribbean Sea and Fryers Well beach.
It is decorated in the many colours of the ocean and is popularly known as the 'POOL' suite.

It is situated on the lower level and also enjoys a view of the Caribbean Sea and Fryers Well beach.

1 Queen Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). This 'PLANTATION' suite has a delicately draped four poster bed and a relaxing rocking chair.
Its multicoloured decor of a variety of tropical birds and pictures of typical Barbadian scenes add to its theme.
It is situated on the lower level with air-condition and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, two basins and bidet.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 4 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The villa's unique position at Fryers Well beach allows you to enjoy panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, spectacular sunsets and experience that cool tropical sea breeze which filters throughout the villa. The white sandy beach is also visible from the villa.
Rental cost includes a car, complimentary transfer to and from the airport and the daily villa staff - chef, maid, laundress and pool attendant.
Your choice of starter groceries can be stocked before your arrival.

Durants Golf Course is 45 minutes drive from the villa.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are a number of restaurants boasting a wide spectrum of cuisine's all over the island.
The following are within 5 minutes drive from the Villa: Mango's, Fish Pot and La Mer.
Speightstown is less than 5 minutes drive from the villa. This has a variety of shops, supermarkets, banks, a post office, churches, restaurants and health facilities. It is also a popular historic site.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The villa is at the end of the road.
From the gate of the villa you walk along a short paved pathway which leads directly onto the beach.
There is no road or house between the villa and the beach.
We have some snorkeling equipment available at the villa.
Beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas are available.
Water sports can be arranged from the villa and you can be collected from the beach by the villa. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: There are many attractions nearby - Flower Forest, Animal Flower Cave, Harrisons Cave, Orchid World, Wild Like Reserve, Andromeda Gardens, The Super Bowl in Bathsheba for water surfing lovers and swimming with the Turtles, to name a few.
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
