Penthouse Suite

This unit is the only true penthouse suite on the property as it has no other unit attached on either side. Lovely views of the property gardens and swimming pool and of the ocean through the swaying coconut trees.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and has a BOSE docking station, board games, selection of DVDs and CDs. Cable TV in both bedrooms and in the living room.

3 Twin Beds (sleeps 3). Air conditioned. Three separate beds or it can be made up as King plus single. Dresser, side tables and lamps and plenty of cupboard space.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

View
The main view from the balcony is of the gardens ad to the left is the fresh water swimming pool. Through the coconut trees to the rights is a limited view of the ocean.

• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Dive shop located on beach for all activities ie., snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, skiing, jet ski etc. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby and Sailboat.
• Nearby Attractions: Holetown 5 minutes away where first settlers landed in the 1600's - monument erected to commemorate the historic event.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
50% deposit required for confirmation. Balance due 9 weeks prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled over 9 weeks prior to arrival 25% cancellation If reservation is cancelled less than 9 weeks prior to arrival 50% cancellation If reservation is cancelled over 7 weeks prior to arrival 75& cancellation If reservation is cancelled less than 7 weeks prior to arrival 100% cancellation

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: USD10 per item per day + USD10 delivery fee.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 6 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
