Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Sea grass head board with king bedfully furnished with cream dresser, side tables and lamp and with ensuite bathroom. Air conditioned. Glass sliding french doors leads out to balcony.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 2 King or 2 Singles Beds (sleeps 4). Air conditioned with ceiling fans. Plenty of cupboard and dresser space. Hair dryers located in bedrooms. Extra bed/crib can be accommodated in the twin rooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

The main view from the patio is of the gardens and to the left is the fresh water swimming pool. To ensure privacy on the patio the shrubbery is slightly higher however there are glimpses of the ocean through the plants.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). The resort is located about a 3 minute drive from the shopping and dining area of Holetown. The property has a lunch snack bar. You have access to The Fairmont Royal Pavilion which can be accessed from the beach side. Along the beach there is also a lovely beach bar and The Lonestar restaurant.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Dive shop located on beach for all activities ie., snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, skiing, jet ski etc. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby and Sailboat.
• Nearby Attractions: Holetown 5 minutes away where first settlers landed in the 1600's - momument erected to commemorate the historic event.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
50% deposit required for confirmation. Balance due 9 weeks prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled over 9 weeks prior to arrival 25% cancellation If reservation is cancelled less than 9 weeks prior to arrival 50% cancellation If reservation is cancelled over 7 weeks prior to arrival 75& cancellation If reservation is cancelled less than 7 weeks prior to arrival 100% cancellation Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard with a 4% handling fee for processing payment for the owner.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: USD10 per item per day + USD10 delivery fee.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 6 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
