2 Single/Twin Beds. Air conditioned, beds can be pushed together to make a double French doors leading to front patio. 1 Queen Bed. Air conditioned and french doors leading out to front patio. 1 Queen Bed. Air conditioned.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.

The view from the front patio is other homes front and both sides with a large front garden. The back view is of the garden with high plants blocking most of the view of the homes to the left and the front. This is in a residential area and there is one road in front of the house however, it is not noisy or otherwise busy.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is golf on the island for you to enjoy.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shops, banks, convenience stores, tennis courts, beauty salons, ATM's, post office, doctor's office, library, supermarket, beach bars, great restaurants, dive shop, cafes, bistros all within 3 -5 minute walk from the villa.
• Under 5 minutes walk to the beach. A quick 3 - 5 minute walk to the beach and pool facilities. Tranquil blue waters and sandy beaches are the norm on the west coast of the island.

5 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

Balance due within 45 days prior to arrival. If the unit is not re-rented on a canceled match, there is no refund. If the reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, the 5 night deposit is non refundable. No security deposit is required however, damages that occur while unit is occupied by renter must be settled in cash before departure. Electricity usage is charged locally on consumption basis and must be paid before departure.
