The villa has 2 fully equipped kitchens.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This 'FANTASY' suite has a king size bed and a walk in closet with a marble vanity. Recline in the bedside chair with its footstool and watch the remote plasma cable TV , or relax on the private patio and experience the breathtaking view of the west coast, Caribbean Sea and unobstructed sunsets.

1 King Bed. This 'STATE' suite has a king size bed,a walk in closet and a marble vanity. From the private patio, you can enjoy the panorama of sea, sky and sand as well as those breathtaking unobstructed evening sunsets.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This 'CARIBBEAN' suite has a queen size bed and a cleverly designed walk through closet which leads to a sunken shower which overlooks the ocean. You can relax and read in the comfortable Empire chair, or sit on the private patio with its unique ocean view.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This 'TROPICAL' suite with its variety of colours, has two twin beds. Its walk in closet and vanity are privately tucked away for added comfort.The wrap around private patio allows you to enjoy special views of the ocean and the sunsets.
2 Single/Twin Beds. This 'SOFA' suite has two twin beds. Its mahogany furnishings bring back memories of those good old Bajan days. The view of the ocean from the suite and from its private balcony is unique and refreshing.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Both the spa/dip pool on the patio and the outdoor swimming pool have unbelievable views of the coast and ocean to enhance your feeling of relaxation.
At night, the twinkling of the coastal lights adds the finishing touches to your vacation.
The villa is fully air conditioned
All rooms have ceiling fans. As you enter the foyer, the cool soothing tropical decor and the open air living plan transfers a feeling of tranquility, spaciousness and relaxation throughout as you view the spans of the ocean ahead. This atmosphere is further enhanced by the cool refreshing sea breeze which you experience as you flow from the 'reflection room', through the living room with its reclining sofa and rocking chair, and out onto the generous patio, where an unbelievable panorama of sea, sky and sand awaits you. The private spa / dip pool is strategically placed on the patio for you to appreciate the magnificent view of the west coast and Caribbean Sea as you soak in the sun.
Your outdoor swimming pool deck also captures an enchanting view of the west coast.
The bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, are located on the first floor. Dine indoors or outdoors on the patio.

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. .

• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
