The apartment is located a five minute walk to the St. James Beach and Baku Beach Club. The Baku beach club has a swimming pool and restaurant for your enjoyment.
• Grantley Adams Airport is located 25 - 30 minutes from the apartment.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Sandy Lanes Golf Course located 15 minutes from the apartment.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Restaurants (for all budget types), supermarket, bank, gift shops are located in the air conditioned shopping mall less than 5 minute walk from the apartment.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The St. James Beach is a five minute walk from the apartment. Snorkeling, water skiing, and diving located near by.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, likely refunded. Discuss w Owner within 24 hr grace period.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 35.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
