The living room is tastefully furnished and has large flat screen HDTV, and DVD player. Comfortable seating and a breakfast nook with seating for 2. Ceiling fan in living room. Veranda has dining table with seating for 6 overlooking pool and landscaped gardens, chandelier over table. 2 large arched doorways open unto pool deck. Pool in landscaped gardens with 2 lounge chairs and pool side seating for 4. There is a separate pool house with shower and toilet and changing facilities. View from pool allows sights of spectacular sunsets. Landscaped gardens bordered by a boulder rock wall at the front of the property.
The owner of this villa owns a 2 bedroom villa (Unit # 21333) immediately next door, this is perfect set up for large family get togethers and reunions or to accommodate a group of friends. As the owner about the option of renting both unit 21333 and unit 72851 at a discounted rate.

- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided every 2 days during a stay.
