25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

You receive 80% credit on a futur booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
