Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
