The dining room and living room open out onto a large walk out patio for entertaining and relaxing. Units have high ceilings and are bright and airy. All units have garden view.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques
    If reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there is no refund of deposit. Deposit is required with booking equivalent to 3 nights accommodations. In the instance of " no-show " there is no refund of deposit.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
