This is a large modern kitchen and it has been recently renovated.
1 Queen Bed. Ensuite. Air conditioned and ceiling fan plus telephone
1 King Bed. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with both shower and jacuzzi. French doors leads out to the pool deck and there is a lovely view. Air condition, wall safe and telephone/internet connection

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The view to the west is the garden, ocean is visible. The view to the north and south is also the garden and the view east is a golf course.
Roof deck with plunge pool/jacuzzi and large dining and seating area - fantastic view of the west coast and the ocean! Staff includes maid and laundress 6 days a week, gardener and pool maintenance 5 days a week. Cook is extra and payable locally. Rate includes: Transfer from the airport to the villa (one way). 12 bottles of house wine (6 red, 6 white). 1 case Banks beer, 1 bottle local rum, 1 dinner at Ragamuffins for house guests (food only). Special dining rates at selected restaurants (must be booked by the villa manager).
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
If reservation is made more than 45 days in advance, 50% deposit is required by bank wire transfer, if within 45 days full payment is required.
If reservation is cancelled within 45 days prior to arrival, no refund is due unless another confirmed reservation is made for the same dates.
Security/damage deposit is not required however client is responsible for settling any charges for damages incurred during occupancy, in cash prior to departure.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
