1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom had a queen size bed with an attached bathroom. Room is air conditioned and also has a standing fan.
2 Single/Twin Beds. Second bedroom has 2 single beds that also be made up as a king size bed. This bedroom has access to a separate bathroom and also has air conditioning.
1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The family room has a futon that can accommodate 2 people

Villa sits in a beautifully landscaped garden with a private pool and abundant tropical plants and coconut palms. The neighborhood is made up of a nice mix of local homes and vacationers.
There is a private pool, sundeck, beach chairs on the property.
This unit is next door to another Owner Direct unit, it is a 3 bedroom unit and both can be rented together as a package deal
- The Grantley Adams International Airport is about 11 miles away, and takes about 30 minutes by car. Rates to and from the airport are US$ 30 or Bdos $60.00 depending on number of passengers and amount of luggage
- Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). World class golf courses are only a short distance from the villa.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A variety of restaurants to suit all tastes are within walking distance.
A supermarket and convenience store are also within walking distance.
Duty free shops are nearby. The capital, Bridgetown with a selection of fine duty free shops is a 20 minute bus ride. The villa provides easy access to the local bus route.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
