1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This 'EXECUTIVE' suite has a safe, private balcony with 2 lounge chairs, walk in closet and overlooks the ocean, bay and west coast. It is air-conditioned and also has a ceiling fan. Its bathroom is en suite with a jacuzzi , shower and granite vanity.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The 'SERENITY' suite has a private balcony with an ocean view. It is air-conditioned and also has a ceiling fan. It has a walk through closet leading to the bathroom with its large sunken shower overlooking the ocean, bay and west coast.
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). The 'WEST INDIAN' suite has air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a table vanity. Its private balcony has a different ocean view. Its bathroom is en suite and has a spacious shower.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The view of the ocean, bay and west coast from the villa is unbelievable - watch the water sports in the distance and the fishermen leaving early on mornings, returning on evenings heading for Six Mens fishing village with their catch of the day. On mornings see the cruise ships arriving along the horizon, and on evenings, slowly disappearing behind the horizon. Every evening experiences those unobstructed colourful sunsets.

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
