- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: on request.
- Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $45 per service.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
