1 Queen or 2 Singles Trundle Bed (sleeps 2). Located in den off of the Game Room in the lower level, this room is ideal for children or single adults. The daybed with trundle can sleep two. Full bath located just outside the den with an outdoor shower.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer, two basins and bidet.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 4 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 5 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

All bedroom suites and main living areas have full-on ocean views of the Caribbean, Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, British Virgin Islands, Mary's Point, Cinnamon Bay and beach, Peter Bay and the lush tropical foliage of the Virgin Islands National Park.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Cancellation Policy: Outside of 45 days, 80% refund. Within 45 days no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 1000 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 250.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
