Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

If more than 4 persons are occupying the complete villa an extra maid ,at an extra charge of U.S.$20.00 per day will be required.

• 2 miles to nearest airport-George Charles - with flights via Puerto Rico. The International airport Hewanorra, is 37 miles away in the south of St.Lucia.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The nearest golf course is 2 miles away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The nearest small supermarket is on the main highway which is 1/2 mile away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. The beach is about 120 feet away at the end of the gardens. Water conditions vary during the year,mainly clear and suitable for snorkelling,sometimes opaque with sand when sea has been rough,(not often). Safe for children-lots of shells to collect. Neighbouring sandy beach available when tide is out.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.

If you book less than 45 days in advance,then payment of the balance is by negotiation.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 2 days during a stay.
