Formerly an Embassy, accommodation in this beautiful villa is comfortable and well appointed. Cap Estate is the home to St. Lucia’s only 18-hole golf course. There are nature trails for hiking and horseback riding and the Gros Islet and Rodney Bay centers of tourist activities are only minutes away. This villa is the largest private villa on this 850-acre residential estate, historically a sugar plantation at the northern tip of the island. In this secluded location you can enjoy peace and tranquility. This villa is perfect venue for special occasions like birthday and anniversary celebrations, weddings, family reunions, small business retreats, or just a group of friends vacationing together. Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union
Deposit should be made by credit card or bank transfer. All final payments should be made by bank transfer only. The deposit is 50 % refundable if cancellation occurs anytime up to 45 days before the commencement of rental. In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled the client will have to absorb the cost of all bank charges. In the event of a confirmed booking being changed anytime up to 45 days before the commencement of rental, the client will be charged US$ 300.00 as a change of booking charge.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $ 50.00.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
