The closest beach with great snorkeling areas is only a 10 minute walk away and the tourist center Rodney Bay for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife can be reached within a five minute drive.

    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 8 years old.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
