50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
