The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
30% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Balance will be applied to credit card on file 30 days prior to your arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations 30 days (or more) prior to arrival, forfeit the 30%percent non refundable deposit. Cancellations 30 days (or less) prior to arrival, forfeit the entire reservation amount.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 CAD is due 2 days prior to arrival.
Damage waiver form must be filled out prior to receiving property access information.
