The adjacent Mountain Resort, only a two minute walk away, has a restaurant, lounge, fitness center, and a hot tub. A mile away is the Topnotch Indoor Tennis Courts Center.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). At the end of the day you can downhill ski right to the doorstep. The Alpine Ski lift is a 2 minute walk away. Cross country trails are out the front door.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The quaint village of Stowe, Vermont is 5 miles away on the Mountain Road, which also contains numerous excellent bars, restaurants, shopping boutiques and live entertainment. Within walking distance is a fitness Centre, restaurant and lounge.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
