1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master Bedroom has a sitting area, television, queen sized antique four poster bed with custom bedding. and a high quality, extremely comfortable mattress. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sitting area.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Ladder in the great room leads to cozy sleeping loft. Older children love it!

There is wonderful antiquing all around Stowe (many of the items in the cabin are from local antique shops), and lots of interesting unique shops in Stowe.
Lake is located within a 15 minute(s) drive.
Nearby Attractions: Hundreds of miles of snow skiing, hiking, or snow shoeing trails. There are open air concerts in the summer as well as balloon rides. Stowe is great for mountain biking, roller blading, hiking, fishing, canoeing. There is a world class health club just down the road, and there are two spas in Stowe as well.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Cash
Visa, MC, Amex and money transfers through PayPal.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 25.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 per Hour.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
