Executive Lakefront Walkout Bungalow On Lac Sante
This is a modern, walkout lakefront home situated on a beautifully groomed one acre lot on Lac Sante. The large sandy beach is a short walk down a path in front of house. It has all the comforts of home and more. Dock, boat lift, volleyball, snowmobile trails, ice fishing. Lots of recreation for both winter and summer. Iron Horse trail, 15 minutes from the first UFO landing pad in Canada, and the centennial capital of Canada which is St. Paul, Alberta.

    This is a beautiful walkout lakefront bungalow. The Lake is Lac Sante, 15 minutes north of Two hills. It is 7 miles long and 2 miles wide with a large sandy beach with volleyball net, dock and boat lift.

    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, you receive a transferable gift certificate for your deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 1 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 150.00 will apply. A fee of 20.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
