The view from this property is spectacular from a large wrap around partially covered deck. Your view is down Lac Sante as well as of the beach front.
This is a beautiful walkout lakefront bungalow. The Lake is Lac Sante, 15 minutes north of Two hills. It is 7 miles long and 2 miles wide with a large sandy beach with volleyball net, dock and boat lift.
• Edmonton International Airport is within a 120 minute(s) drive. Please contact owners for directions from Edmonton. 1.5 hr drive from north Edmonton.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Shopping in St. Paul. Two hills within 15 minute drive.
• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beautiful sandy beach directly in front of beach house. Swimming raft to swim to. Boat lift available. Some weeds on waters edge.
• Nearby Attractions: Winter attractions include ice fishing, skating on lake, snowmobiling trails.
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, you receive a transferable gift certificate for your deposit.

• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 150.00 will apply. A fee of 20.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
