Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card
$250 deposit required payable by credit card or PayPal. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. $500 deposit on monthly rentals. Cancellation policy: cancel prior to 72 hours of arrival, there is a $50 administration fee. Cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you forfeit all monies collected. Monthly Cancellation policy: cancel prior to 30 days before arrival, there is a $55 administration fee. Cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you forfeit all monies collected. No refund for early departures.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
