Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
