• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Shuttle. The Beach Trolley stops right out in front of the condo and transports to all shopping and North beaches.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Many shops and restaurants only blocks away and there are even more within a five minute drive away. Nearest mall is a 10 minute drive.
• Beach is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Upham Beach is a very quiet, uncrowded, and scenic beach on the north tip of St. Pete Beach. When there are waves in the gulf, this is where they'll be and home to the surfers and skim boarders. Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $55.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
