    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
    Contact owner on booking. To book a 20% non-refundable deposit is required.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
