• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 4 minute(s). 3 miles to Stratton access road. 10 minutes to Bromley and Magic, 30 minutes to Okemo.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Factory outlets and shopping galore in Manchester Center, just 15 minutes away.
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
