• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The condo is located less than a 5 minute drive to the ski hills of St-Sauveur. There are also several other ski hills in the area including Mont Tremblant which is a 40 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. The condo is located right behind the main street in the village of St-Sauveur. You can walk to the restaurants and boutiques.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 18 years old stay free.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
