Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large grass lawn with a child’s sandbox. In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children’s pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, a tennis court, and a fitness, recreation, and business center. Residence includes a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card
    If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there are no refunds. The reservation surcharge includes a damage waiver. The damage waiver fee covers unintentional damages of up to $3000 per stay. Unintentional damage must be reported by the guest before departure to be covered by the damage waiver. If an accident is not reported, repairs will be made at the guest’s expense and charged to the credit card on file.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
