• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Guests receive discounted golf rates at the Hampton Plantation course, approx. 15 minutes driving time.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Several shops and restaurants are within 1 mile of this condo.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The condominium community is oceanfront.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there are no refunds. The reservation surcharge includes a damage waiver. The damage waiver fee covers unintentional damages of up to $3000 per stay. Unintentional damage must be reported by the guest before departure to be covered by the damage waiver. If an accident is not reported, repairs will be made at the guest’s expense and charged to the credit card on file.
