This is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath pet friendly North Breakers condominium. North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private ocean view balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and large combined living and dining area. This unit offers a good ocean view, and has been recently upgraded to include stone floors, tile counter tops, jetted tubs in both baths, and new furnishings. Small pets may be accepted for a $125 non-refundable fee. Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, and a sleeper sofa.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card - Cash
    For payment, we also accept personal check and Discover. A valid credit card is required for all reservations. There will be a $30 surcharge on all returned checks. Cancellation notice is required 30 days prior to arrival for daily and weekly reservations and 60 days prior to arrival for monthly reservations. Deposits will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee when proper notice is given. Should cancellation occur with less than the required notice, full rent will be forfeited.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 55.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
