The sea is in walking distance and some of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia and of the Mediterranean Sea are reachable in a short drive. At guests disposal: charming and large fenced garden with Mediterranean bushes and plants, furnished with tables and chairs, bread-oven, barbecue, open-air shower and equipped terraces. Laundry with washing-machine, iron and iron board. Parking approx. 10 m away. Modern furnishing.Day and night surveillance. Lower fl.: 2 twin-bedded rooms, bathroom with shower. All of the bedrooms offer beautiful views over the coastline below.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
