Independent villa (110 m2) situated just 250 m from the sea, set inside a residential park on the northern coast of Sardinia. The stretch of coast where the park is located is characterised by small sandy beaches with intervals of rocky shorelines. The park is completely fenced in and guarded with porter service, night and daytime surveillance and directly faces the sea. Very peaceful position. Panoramic views of the sea. The house is situated on a small hill that slopes down toward the sea and is surrounded by approx. 1000 m2 of private grounds with Mediterranean shrubbery, juniper and olive trees. The reserved car park is accessed by 1 km of dirt track road in good condition. Access to the house from the reserved car park along a 40-m path with intervals of stairs. Internet access. DISTANCES: Inside the park, just 700 m away, there is a small shopping centre (restaurant, café/tobacconist's shop/news' agent, emergency medical staff, small supermarket). 25 km S.Teresa di Gallura (all kinds of shops), 47 km Palau, 71 km Olbia, 80 km Porto Torres.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: covered and equipped terrace (15 m2) for outdoor dining, living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bedroom with bunk beds with an additional 3rd bed, study, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. Outdoor shower. All of the bedrooms have access to the outside. Basement room with washing machine. Simple and pleasant furniture. Telephone.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
